Besides the general objectives of the Austrian Journal of Statistics, this should contain general instructions for preparation of manuscripts to be submitted. The LaTeX2e file can also be used as a template for the setting up of a text to be submitted in computer readable form.
The essential issue is: Use standard LaTeX2e with some specifications defining the format suited for printing in the journal. Graphics should be inserted as PostScript files using the style file psfig.sty. Bibliographic references should be given using bibtex in the author-date style.
